Tracks

This year’s Spring Conference has been programmed into several tracks, based on the main areas of focus of our attendees. So if you or a member of your team is interested in just one type of subject matter, it will be easier than ever before to choose which day or days to attend. We have even focused the most important content for owners into two consecutive days – which include two Vendor Fairs, three Keynotes, Retail and B2B Tracks and the AppleCare and Apple Specialist Updates.

To be clear, you do not need to think of this event in tracks if you don’t want to – you can mix-and-match and attend whatever days and sessions you want to.

But for those of you who may find this useful, the main tracks are as follows:

 

 

Growth Boot Camp – 5/13 – 5/14
This track includes Peer Groups sessions, Keynotes and small group discussions with each of our speakers. It begins with an Orientation, Peer Group Selection and the Opening Keynote on Monday evening, May 13 followed by a full day of sessions on Tuesday, May 14. This track ends with the ASMC Welcome Reception & Opening Keynote.

 

 

Service Manager’s Boot Camp – 5/14 – 5/15
This track includes Bench Talk Live, ASMC Service Manager Peer Groups, ASMC Solution Panels, ASMC Keynote and Workshop Sessions, the AppleCare Update session and individual meetings with your AppleCare Field Rep. Also includes the ASMC Welcome Reception & Opening Keynote and the Wednesday night Vendor Fair.

 

 

Essentials Track – 5/15 – 5/16
This track includes the AppleCare and Apple Channel Marketing Update sessions as well as our Marketing Keynote and Workshop. There are also a variety of ASMC Solution Panel sessions Wednesday and Thursday. There are also times for scheduled individual meetings with your AppleCare and Apple Sales Reps. Also includes two full Vendor Fairs Wednesday and Thursday nights.

 

 

Retail Boot Camp – 5/16 – 5/17
This track combines both the Retail Boot Camp Keynotes and Workshop with the Apple Channel Marketing Update and the Apple Channel Sales sessions and individual rep meetings on Thursday. Also includes a variety of B2B and Retail Sales breakout sessions and the Thursday Night Vendor Fair.
